ECHR complaint

This complaint can be filed without much formality, i.e. written in ordinary language, in Czech, without a fee, on the form of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. However, it must clearly state what the complainant sees as a violation of a fundamental human right by the Czech criminal porceedings authorities. It can be filed only after all legal remedies in the Czech Republic have been exhausted (i.e. after the rejection of the constitutional complaint), but within a relatively short period of only 4 months from the rejection of the constitutional complaint.
